Wood grain PVC decorative film is a premium decorative material, crafted from PVC extruded sheet as the base material, and finely presents various natural and vivid wood grain patterns through printing and embossing processes while providing a texture reminiscent of real wood. It can replicate the appearance of many different types of wood, with some common designs including oak, cherry, maple, and walnut. These designs can be further customized by selecting specific texture patterns and colors to match the desired look.

PVC foil film is a lamination film, used for indoor decoration and furniture surface Membrane Press(vacuum press). with high brightness and flexibility, which makes it easy to cut, paste, and glue. Its surface is smooth, bright, and shiny; it has good water proofer, resistance to oil and alkali corrosion.
PVC decorative foil is mainly made up of two or three parts: the surface layer, the middle layer, and the bottom layer. The first layer(surface layer), makes different textures and surface effects on the first surface. Our regular first layer thickness is 0.03-0.07mm and 0.025mm,
the middle layer, refers to the middle layer of the film when producing decorative film. When a certain thickness or effect is required, a middle film is added during production to enhance the effect and texture.
Our conventional middle film thickness is 0.05mm and 0.08mm.
the bottom layer, It refers to the bottom layer of film when producing decorative film. The bottom film has different colors and thicknesses, which can make the overall effect of the decorative film have the effect of the bottom film color. Our conventional bottom film thickness is 0.12mm, 0.16mm
All these three layers are laminated together through a hot stamping process.
PVC decorative film has many advantages over other materials such as PET film: it does not easily tear when it is being cut or bent; its printable surface area is larger; it has better transparency than PET film; it has excellent strength and toughness; it can resist heat well and has a good barrier performance against moisture vapor diffusion; its color stability is good; its light-fastness is higher than that of PET film, etc.
